ようやく先週、Living Universeを収録したPSP2のサントラ、「WINGS OF UNIVERSE」が発売されました。皆さんは買いましたか？　私は小林さんの楽曲が好きなので、今までのを全て買い集めていたりします(汗笑)。

PSP2自体をまだクリアしていないのですが・・・サントラはだいたい発売直後に買っておかないと、品切れしたらいつ入荷できるかわからないものなので。早めに手に入れるようにしています。

ライナーノーツには小林さん直々のコメント、そして酒井さんや中島さんなどアルファシステムの方々のコメントもあったり、読み応えのある内容になっています。音源からの録り下ろしということもあって、圧縮された音から解放されていて気持ちよく聴けます。

そんな中でも屈指の名曲はやはりLiving Universeにつきるのではないでしょうか。初めて聴いた時にはその旋律の響きに驚かされたものです。いつも耳に残るメロディが印象的なのですが、今回はそれが半端なく伝わってくる。何か情熱的なものが・・・と思っていたら、やはり。小林さん自ら「熱血だ！」とありました(^^;

何せ、この歌詞って訳していくと本当に切なくて、思いが詰まっていて。熱い部分もあるんですよね。そういった各々の良さが重なり合って、響き合って、こういう楽曲に仕上がったのではないかと感じさせられます。

ツインボーカルのAimeeさん、Tahirihさん、お二人の掛け合いもすばらしいですし。ストリングス、ギター、各々でアドリブも入ったりで、相当にレベルの高いレコーディングになっていたみたい。そういう裏話が読めたり、いい音楽で聴けたり、と。こういう楽しみがあるからサントラはいつも買ってるんですよね。

なぜかインターネットを調べていたら、買う前からこんなムービー・・・というよりは音楽そのものですが、あがっていたりしたみたいなので(汗笑)。サイトをまとめる人として、それを最初から転記するのもどうなのかな・・・ってずっと思っていましたが、発売されてから日がたっていて、派生もたくさんあることから一つあげておきますね。

気に入った方はぜひお手にとってみてください。いい楽曲たちです。やっぱり、一番残るのは「Phantasy stars in universe（数多の輝く星々よ）」でしょうか。これはもう、PSU全体を通してお見事というほかありません。

私の好きな楽曲は、タイトルで流れている Entrance Universe の Vocal REMIX でしょうか。最後に収められているのですね。長いナンバーをコンパクトにまとめている、より聴きやすい楽曲です。
