事象：Windows 10をアップグレードインストールにおいて、仕様上数度自動的に再起動がかかる。しかし環境によっては再起動時にハングアップしてしまい、セットアップ途中のハングアップ＝インストール失敗と見なされ、永遠にインストールが完了しない
対処法：「再起動を完全に任せるのではなく」、再起動後に画面が暗くなり、ビープ音が鳴る際ROGロゴが出るはずなので、すかさずDelキーでUEFI BIOSへと入り、「BOOT」メニュー内・最下部にある「対象のブートデバイスを選択」する
そうすることでハングアップを回避し、次へのステップと進められる模様
面倒ではあるものの、これを1ステップごと総てにおいて実施できれば晴れてアップグレードインストール完了となる
途中一度でもミスれば、そこでアップグレード失敗となるため要注意

特定SSD（Samsung製、特にM.2品）との組み合わせで問題が発生するようですが、Windows 8/8.1でもあったように、メニューから再起動や終了をかけるのではなく、「PC設定＞更新とセキュリティー＞回復＞PCの起動をカスタマイズする」へ入るのがポイント。
入った後、「トラブルシューティング＞詳細オプション＞UEFI ファームウェアの設定＞再起動」と進むことで、ハングアップを回避した再起動が実現します。なぜこのようなことになるのかはわかりかねますが、UEFI BIOSがまだまだ成熟していないのだと考えられます。

Internet explorerとedgeの二つのブラウザが搭載されているwindows10なのですが、Internet explorerが起動しなくなりました。。。
私だけ・・・？

すごいのです(‘-‘*) Fast Ringもされていらっしゃるのでしょうか。近いうちTh2も出るのだとかで、徐々に良くなっていきそうです。
こちらの環境下ではまだまだ落とされることが多いのですが、年内でなんとかひとまず落ち着いてほしいかな、と願っています。
MPC-HCは確かに便利ですよね。私もたまにではありますが、使うことがあります。どうしてもスレッド数が多いとそれだけ監視対象も増える？ものと思われますから、制御が複雑になりがちなのかもしれませんね。

Internet Explorerにおいて、同じ症状でお悩みの方の一助になるといいですね。こちらはEdgeブラウザが起動直後から全く反応しない、といった症状がたびたび起こるので困るところです。メインはChromeなので問題はないのですが・・・。

先日公開された正式版のウィンドウズ１０にて PSO2は一応の起動をしました。（完全確認は運営の続報待ち）
プレビュー版以降の正式版の継続モニターとして参加しています。
nProのアップデートが同日ありましたが一応の対応を見たようです。
ただ、長年弾かれて起動しなかったり落ちていたソフトが多数起動するようになるなど
nProそのものが弱体化したか、もしくは無差別攻撃だった的がよりスマートになったかしたようです。
印象としてはマイルドになった感じです。
個人的に長年MPC-HCを潰してくれたnProは仇敵だったのでありがたいといえばありがたいです。（オンキョーのサウンドボードが泣いてた。。）
ひとつ気になるのは仮にnProが弱体化したとして また面倒なダーカーみたいなクラッカーがわいてこないかってところです。
